Weibull distribution is most often used in Reliability Predictions,Warranty analysis of electronic,mechanical products. The classic example and usage of this distribution is for "Bathtub Curve". All electronic products will follow Exponential distribution function. Since we can mimic the Famous Bathtub Curve using Weibull distritubtion it is of vital importance in Electronics Reliability. The Bathtub Curve was bought into Electronics from Insurance companies philosophy. Incase of insurance companies when ever a new person takes a licence the probability that he can make accidents is more, that is the reason that the insurance cost will be pretty high. During the course after about 1 year or so the probability of accidents will remain very low this is represented by the bottom of the bath tub curve. Once that person becomes old again there is a probability that he might make accidents.
