I am planning to quit smoking from last 10 years but could not do that. I tried different methods to quit smoking like
1) Reducing the number of cigarettes
2) Tried a bit to smoke low nicotine cigarettes.
3) Tried pathes- for which i had to spend lot of money.
4) Nicotine chewing gums.
I tried all the things but could not succeed.
I am feeling bad because my health is getting deterioated and dont have stamina what i used to have 10 years back.
I am getting some breathing problems because of it.
I need to find out any other ways i can quit smoking.
If any one has any suggestions it will be great help.

bhagwaan bachaye tumhe .. he he ... no jokin... i am in ur league dude... same here.. i tried those yoga stuff but still no avail... though i have reducedd the number to a meagre few per day.. its still there..... he he
you might don't need any advice by now, but if you do I'd love to help:
1. set a quitting date in advance (a month or two) - don't reduce smoking, just keep in mind that you only have a limited time
1.1. it's better to quit on a date which has some meaning...like dedicating your quitting to that date...e.g. someone's birthday
2. tell every friend of yours that you are quitting/ make a bet (really a huge one - say smth like I will wash your car every weekend for two years) with those who do not believe you
3. get a hobby which takes all of your time
