Gmail blocked at work place

I was always thinking about why Gmail was blocked at my work place.
Sure found some ways to access it when it blocked at school or work.

One funny way is to create an account with igoogle it is a google product for your personnel home page, in that you can edit what ever u want to see in your home page.
there you add gmail and at least you can get a glimpse of what new emails you have got. but if you try to click it again you might get a message like Access Denied.

There are some websites on net which talk about Glite its a HTML version of Gmail. But it is not from Goolgle. People should be careful when then try to access their Gmail account from those places.

Some of the sites i know to access Gmail using Glite are:

You should know one fact that those might not be secure sites.

So give a try and let me know.

Another alternative is to use proxy servers and access gmail.

I will try to add the list of proxy servers which i have collected in my next blog.

In lot of companies these Email Providers are not blocked, so check out and if they are not blocked then create an account with them and have fun at work.:)

I personally use them at work place and also where ever i need to do web registration and provide an E-mail address.

By the way i have recently come across a website called

www.bugmenot.com

where you can get user name as well as password for most of the website which ask them. Using that i am able to avoid creating accounts for each and every forums i visit etc.. give a try to that.
